You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials on this website, the website design, structure and graphics and all software and source codes connected with the website shall remain at all times vested in Basic Skills Test Limited. You acknowledge and agree that the material contained within this website is made available for your assessment of candidates only. You may only access, view, copy or print pages from this website for the sole purpose of you evaluating the basic skills of candidates. Any other use of the material within this website is strictly prohibited.
- Security & Passwords. In order to register with this website and to sign in when you visit this website, you will need to use a user name and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person. - Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Basic Skills Test Limited, its licensors and suppliers, all of their affiliates, and all of their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, legal representatives, agents, successors and assigns, from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including lawyers’ and professionals’ fees and court costs) arising out of any third party claims based on or related to your use of this website or any breach by you of these terms and conditions.
